TERMS OF SERVICE
I. I require a full, upfront payment before I will begin or put it in my queue.
II. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
III. I have the right to refund any commission whatever reason.
IV. You must provide a high quality reference sheet of your character OR a high quality form submission for custom character designs.
V. I hold the right to remove or take back the artwork or design created for you if you charge back.
VI. I have the right to blacklist anyone for any reason.
VII. Copying, tracing, or stealing my art is not tolerated; reports and legal action will be the first thing I seek.
VIII. I must be credited for my art if used or posted.
My terms of service must be respected in order to purchase or use anything from me.
